Make OrbOracle composable, and ship polished landing pages for Stability Nexus projects.

I propose two connected workstreams for AOSSIE/Stability Nexus. First, I will implement composable derivative oracles for OrbOracle on EVM: a ComposedOracle contract (multiply/divide/invert using existing feeds), safe scaling/rounding, staleness handling, and a factory-based deployment/validation flow (including dependency checks). I will also extend the OrbOracle Explorer frontend so operators can create composed feeds, inspect dependencies, and monitor feed health. Deliverables include contract code, tests (unit/integration/fuzz), UI updates, and documentation for integrators. Second, I will build and improve static landing pages for selected user-facing projects with strong SEO and reliable CI checks (build, links, quality basics). Each project will keep its own brand identity while improving consistency in quality and maintainability. Deliverables include deployed pages, content workflow improvements, and CI/deployment documentation. Overall outcome: reusable oracle infrastructure plus better public project surfaces.
