Gluon: Multi-Oracle Reactor Architecture for EVM

Gluon-EVM hardcodes Pyth into StableCoinReactor and StableCoinFactory, making it incompatible with Chainlink and OrbOracle. The roadmap requires multi-provider support with a provider-aware Reactor Creation frontend. Issue #8 and PR #10 define the right direction but nothing is merged. I propose to implement a unified oracle interface (IGluonOracle), build adapter contracts for Pyth, Chainlink, and OrbOracle that normalize price reads to WAD format, refactor the reactor and factory around those adapters, extend Gluon-EVM-WebUI with provider-aware deployment including an oracle safety profile that validates feed freshness, decimals, and asset mapping before deployment. Deliverables include the adapter architecture working on testnet with at least two providers by midterm, provider-aware WebUI and preflight validation by week 12, with hardening, documentation, and optional shadow-comparison harness through week 22.
