B0Bot Agentic AI Framework with LangGraph and Multi-turn Dialogue

B0Bot is a Flask-based CyberSecurity News API powered by Pinecone and HuggingFace, but all logic lives in a monolithic NewsService with no caching, no agents, and no conversation state. This project replaces it with a LangGraph multi-agent system (ScraperAgent, ResponderAgent, AnalyzerAgent, NotificationAgent) orchestrated by a PlannerAgent, adds Redis TTL caching, multi-turn dialogue, CDC via RSS for incremental Pinecone updates, email subscriptions, and full Docker-based deployment with GitHub Actions CI/CD. I have discussed the architecture and agent design directly with mentor Hardik Jindal and incorporated his feedback into this proposal.
