Finalize and Release Desktop & Web Versions of the PSLab App

The PSLab Flutter application currently has limited testing and optimization for desktop and web platforms, as most development has focused on mobile devices. This results in issues such as inconsistent UI behaviour, limited mouse and keyboard support, unreliable data export, and the absence of a proper build and release workflow. This project focuses on improving usability, compatibility, and stability of the PSLab app on desktop and web platforms. It includes testing across platforms, fixing UI responsiveness issues, enhancing support for non-touch interactions, and improving the reliability of data export functionality. Hardware communication on the web will be analyzed based on available support and further tested when access to the PSLab device is available. A consistent build and release workflow will be defined, including CI support for generating web builds and preparing desktop releases. The project will also include packaging, distribution through GitHub releases, and improved documentation with clear setup guides and demo videos.
