Scalable OCSMesh: Parallelization and Spatial Partitioning
This project aims to transform OCSMesh into a truly HPC-native tool by migrating its parallel architecture to mpi4py for distributed computing. Furthermore, I will implement a robust spatial partitioning engine that utilizes "windowed" data reading. This will decouple the meshing performance from the physical file structure, allowing OCSMesh to process global-scale datasets across supercomputing clusters without memory bottlenecks.
