Cronjob Optimization

omegaUp has several Python cronjobs for rankings, badges, and recommendations that have gotten slow and hard to maintain over time. This project rewrites the inefficient SQL queries, adds proper error handling instead of bare-except blocks, brings in test coverage with pytest and moves hardcoded values into database config. The goal is to make these scripts faster, easier to debug and actually testable.
