Continuous Face-Detection with Automatic Device Switching on AI PCs using OpenVINO AUTO feature

Modern AI PCs have multiple inference devices (CPU, GPU, NPU) but most applications use only one device at a time. This project aims to build a continuous face detection application that uses the OpenVINO AUTO plugin to switch between devices during runtime without stopping inference. The application will include a GUI for manual device switching and automatic load-based device recommendations. Deliverables include a working Python application, GUI, performance benchmarks, and documentation.
