OWASP FinBot Guardrail Framework and Realistic Agentic Security Scenarios

This project extends OWASP FinBot by implementing a guardrail and detection framework for agent based AI systems. The system will monitor tool usage, detect unsafe agent behavior, generate security events, and enable defense focused CTF scenarios aligned with the OWASP Agentic Top 10.
