Porting OpenPrinting to Zephyr

This project focuses on porting the CUPS architecture and OpenPrinting tools to the Zephyr RTOS, building on prior work to enable reliable printing on resource constrained, low power hardware. The effort includes fully migrating libcups and the PAPPL framework while ensuring stable handling of IPP messages and configurations. It also aims to improve DNS SD networking and address performance bottlenecks in large file processing, such as limitations in ippFileRead, alongside establishing IPP over USB communication and upstreaming custom modifications into official Zephyr repositories. Ultimately, the project seeks to optimize performance and deliver a fully functional, energy efficient embedded print server.
