Extending PDFio to be a PDF renderer

There is no PDF renderer with Fully permissible licensing. Available PDF renderers are licensed under GPL licensing, which is pretty restrictive in terms of Open Source. Thus the new PDF rendering library i.e. libpdfrip, which is an extension of PDFio is to be the Fully permissible alternative to restrictive renderers.
