Guide website revamp

This project aims to revamp the Wagtail Editor Guide by addressing key limitations in versioning, localization, developer experience, and frontend performance. It introduces an automated versioning system with selective updates and redirect handling, integrates robust multilingual support using wagtail-localize with RTL compatibility, and reduces contributor friction through improved setup and realistic data fixtures. Additionally, the project modernizes the frontend by removing unnecessary dependencies, optimizing fonts, and enhancing UI/UX interactions, resulting in a faster, more maintainable, and globally accessible documentation platform.
