Upgradation of AR-Based Interactive and Procedural Marine Ecosystem Simulation

This project upgrades the AR-based Marine Ecosystem Simulation by improving its realism, scalability, and performance on mobile devices. The current platform offers an interactive AR experience but lacks advanced ecosystem dynamics and scalable infrastructure. This project addresses these gaps by introducing procedurally generated marine environments (reef, open ocean, deep ocean) and more realistic behaviors such as predator-prey interactions, habitat-driven movement, and climate-based ecosystem changes. To ensure smooth performance on mid-range devices, the system will incorporate optimizations such as LOD pipelines, shader efficiency improvements, spatial partitioning, and streaming-based spawning. These enhancements will enable real-time simulation of complex multi-species interactions while maintaining stable frame rates. Firebase integration will provide user authentication, persistent progress storage, and classroom module sharing, making the platform more scalable and suitable for educational use.
