St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is a non-profit research hospital dedicated to advancing cures and means of prevention for children with catastrophic diseases. With respect to Google Summer of Code, we're interested in building modern, open-source infrastructure upon which large-scale scientific analyses can be done (typically focused on bioinformatics or genomics specifically).
